Young adults (18–30), including care leavers and young offenders, often seek independent living support. This includes people with mild to moderate learning disabilities or physical disabilities, as well as individuals experiencing mental health challenges. Additionally, those recovering from substance misuse or who have recently been discharged from the hospital may also require support for vulnerable adults. This group encompasses vulnerably housed or homeless individuals, alongside refugees, asylum seekers, and survivors of trauma or domestic abuse.
